A different kind of Real Estate Company 

Some companies are not really companies, but a group of individuals that all do their own thing.  My Hilton Head real estate company is different.  The best way to describe my company is to think about a swim team.  Each race is individual to the specialist, but when it comes time to practice we all work together.  Of course, when we go head up against another company we always do our individual best and sometimes pull in the team to help us get the job done.  We are alway one of the top companies in any area of the Island.

We are Students on Hilton Head

Face it, we are in a changing market and our agents need to be constantly learning and training to become better in this changing market.  We work together to develop ideas and spot market trends that help our “Group” satisfy the needs of our clients.  Our over 100+ agents at Dunes Marketing Group meet weekly(sometimes twice a week) to discuss successful marketing strategies, current market trends, present new prospecting ideas and together we go see our newest listings.  This one small difference puts the “Group” into our Dunes Marketing name. 

All agents are not the same on Hilton Head Island

Some people think all real estate agents on Hilton Head are the same.  The largest difference is the work philosophies from agent to agent.  For example, yesterday I called about showing a property listed with another Realtor while I was out with a client showing property and they really wanted to see this home.  Needless to say, the agent did not return the call for 3 hours because “the golf tournament they were in did not allow phones.”  My client found a better house and this agents seller lost out on the showing and a possible sale.  When you are ready to buy or sell choose your Hilton Head Realtor carefully.

An upside down Real Estate Company

We are upside down in a good way.  Typical companies and real estate agents list more properties than they actually sell.  Dunes Marketing Group success in sales is a direct result of their office locations as each one of our offices is in a place where our agents can meet Island visitors.  These locations include the Mall at Shelter Cove, Shelter Cove Harbor, and Palmetto Dunes.  As a result of our great buyer locations, Dunes agents are in front of new buyers every week and we sell as much as we list.
