The best Hilton Head Island purchase we ever made was “Ol’ Bessie”. That is what my wife and kids named our 1991 club car golf cart. When we purchased her in 1993, she had already been set out to pasture by a golf course in the north east and we were told because the seasons were shorter up there, she still had a lot of life in her.
